Summary
As preparations for the Festival begin to ramp up, the sudden appearance of a transfer student catches everyone off guard. To add to the surprise, he turns out be be the wielder of an "Emperor Deity"! After being found by Yuzuki and Kyoya, he challenges the former to a Duel. A clash between the TIME and WIND "Emperor Deities" unfolds!
