Once per turn, you can target 2 face-up monsters on the field; Destroy the first target, and if you do, you can increase the ATK of the second target equal to the ATK of the first target of the field, until the End Phase. When this card is destroyed, you can target 1 FIRE monster in either players Graveyard, except for "Infernal Pepper Dragon": Special Summon that target, then you can destroy all other monsters on the field whose DEF are lower than the ATK of that monster.
