If this card in your Monster Zone is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the GY: You can add 1 "Flycer" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Flycer Baldassari". Once per turn, you can either: Target 1 "Flycer" monster you control; equip this card to that target, OR: Unequip this card and Special Summon it. Increase the equipped monster's Level by 1, it gains ATK/DEF equal to its Level x100, also if the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect, destroy this card instead.
