Accent Monsters have Levels, and they can be Accent Summoned using a Monster, Trap, or Quick-Play Spell effect, which must always activate in the same chain as an activated monster effect, where said monster has a different name than the card that performs the Accent Summon. When resolving a card effect that is able to Accent Summon, the user, unless specified, banishes the material(s) that are listed on the Accent Monster.
When an Accent Summoned monster(s) are taken of off the field, including by becoming Xyz Material, if all of their Accented Material(s) are banished, they immediately shuffled into the Deck, of which is treated as though they were sent to the Deck from the field.
